2.Refund & Returns Policy
This retuns policy applies only to products purchased directly from luxborough.com. If you purchased Luxborough products through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly regarding their returns process.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of delivery,provided that:
- The item is unusedand unopened,
- The original hygiene seal is unbroken,
- The item is in its original packagingand in resalable condition
Please note:
For health Protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used products unless the product is faulty or you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
To arrange a return, please email us at info@luxborough.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment wilthin 5-10 working days.
